Diversity Council Best Practices Award


The Best Practices Award is a "grass-roots" based award that recognizes managers (or management groups) with outstanding leadership competencies who strive to create the model work environment, thus resulting in a high level of commitment from employees. Recipients receive a plaque from the NOAA Administrator.
