Background
Doug Burrows has 25 years of experience as an analytical chemist quantitating the levels of polycyclic aromatic and chlorinated organic compounds in fish, sediment and marine mammals. His main work has been gas chromatography, mass spectrometry and computer analysis of data. Doug obtained his B.S. in chemistry from the University of Washington.

Current Research
Doug measures stable isotope ratios, which are used to delineate diet and trophic levels of seabirds, fish and marine mammals.
