Chinook salmon swimming Kings return to Elwha River  August 24, 2012 Earlier this week, Olympic National Park Service staff reported the first observations of Chinook salmon to naturally migrate into the park since the removal of the Elwha River dam. Now, NWFSC's John McMillan shares the first photo documentation of adult Chinook salmon above the former Elwha Dam site.
