Puget Sound social survey and analysis

Conducted in partnership with the University of New Hampshire's Carsey Institute for Survey Research, the Puget Sound social survey includes a survey of 1,302 individual Puget Sound residents on a range of topics connected to local perceptions, knowledge and support for ecological restoration initiatives. Data analysis elucidates differences in perceptions, knowledge and support for ecological restoration along a range of demographic categories. Ongoing work involves analyzing survey data in conjunction with geospatial data relative to survey topics, including proximity to pollution issues and restoration activities as well as land use patterns.
